You can have round ligament pain your whole pregnancy sorry for the bummer news. Its because as baby grows the ligaments stretch to hold the baby but you can reduce pain by getting up and moving around slower, do some light stretches and exercises, it also helps if you curl over your baby bump when you sneeze standing straight up can cause round ligament pain. If you're concerned that it's not going away call your doctor.
