Definetly recommend! In my area, there are early schools for even 2 year olds. Teaches them some independence and social skills as well as the numbers and letters, etc.

My girls are in preschool... however, it is through the school district so they go by the same schedule as elementary, middle, and high school students.

I absolutely love it. My girls transitioned about a month before they turned 3. (They were born at 25 weeks and were getting home therapies but at 3 the services ended and they get transitioned to the district.)

My daughter who has autism gets every single resource she needs and then some. And my other, who has trouble with speech, is becoming clearer, more understandable, and she's made some close friends.
