@kgagnon I wanted to move back to San tan valley but my fiance doesn't like the drive way out here where he works! How many bedrooms is it? We live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath with me , my hubby and 5 month baby with shih tzu. He deploys soon so he doesn't want to move into anything bigger yet

@melanie3, they are like 1200 sq feet including patios I think they advertise as condo style. The upstairs are def more spacious than down stairs. And the prices change daily. So our friends that moved in last year are paying almost $200 more than us. I think they are still a rip off for the price of houses in San tan valley we could have gotten BUT it was the option for us right now $1090 after water and one dog fee and taxes and stuff

So beautiful! I love hibiscus! @kgagnon i have a woodpecker and a bluebird that reside/visit the tree in my yard. I love hearing the birds singing in the early morning.

I'll have to definitely go to the swamp meet ! Especially when we finally love out of our apartment into a home but that won't be for another year or so

@mumtoamoure, thanks the plant on the table needs to be hung and then the hibiscus I bought is getting sun on our other patio. So then it'll be done :) I'm excited to go out there now and watch the hummingbirds
