So my best friend since...3rd grade is kinda driving me crazy. She's always bitching now that "I've changed" and "never want to do anything anymore" or "you're not the same person" I'm like yes, I have changed...it's called growing up. I would hope I'm not the same person I was when you moved away, I was 16! Not that I wouldn't love to go hang out, but we have 3 kids! Between practices, games, work, and all other adult obligations i have, I don't have time for anything. She's always mouthing "all you guys have changed, you don't want to do fun things." It's like yeah, we do. We just have kids. Our "fun" is Paw Patrol on ice or Monster Jam or taking the kids to the park. Not saying we can never go out, just saying I never have time. Sorry. That's life. Sorry for the long rant. Just driving me nuts.

@iviesha, @vella89, I agree also. It's kinda like she's a little kid who thinks I should just be able to drop everything for her...turns out I have real kids that actually need me.

@lizabeth.1294, that's how they be once you have kids you'll see who's there and who's not I don't have any friends the friends I have is my husband and my son because I don't have time for the bs if you can't understand that what I have going on then maybe we shouldn't be friends

@iviesha, yep! I have some friends with kids but they're all doing the same thing as me, taking care of their children! So we understand if we cancel plans 50 million times or forget to respond to a message for three weeks. That's how it goes

@lizabeth.1294, that's the way it goes but like you said y'all understand each other I'd say keep doing what your doing life is too short to be upset with someone who can't even say I totally understand you spend that time with your family they'll thank you for it later 😊😊😊
