I think I have a bruised rib. Should I call my doctor or what?

It's under my left boob. It hurts to breath bend over cough sneeze pretty much everything hurts there! Last night I rolled over and it hurt so bad it put me in tears. @jordanmartin1732,

He could be laying on something that's causing it to hurt up there.
