What foods can 6mths old eat? Liv has been weaned since she was 5mths,just veg n fruit. Shes 6mths next week and i want to try different foods but havent a clue what they are allowed

My daughter only likes proper pureed food. She loves ellas kitchen and these organic pouches from Tesco forgot the name but I'll find out. Most of them say 7 months so I'm just waiting because she hates bits lol
