Is it normal for your back to STILL be sore from the epidural? I have my days where my back is really sore and hurts to touch it or bend over too far. I'm 2 weeks pp...
@brianna_ yeah I was trying not to do the epidural but I was on pitocin because my water broke on its own but my contractions wouldn't start, so they gave me pitocin and my contractions came hard and were so irregular and eventually I got horrible burning pain in my thighs, lower belly and lower back and I couldn't handle it because they were coming one minute apart and lasting so long, I gave in to the epidural. Now I regret it, but I also was in unbearable pain. So I dunno if it was the right decision
@joska, wtf, that's ridiculous! They don't tell you that stuff in the hospital
@brianna_, am having the same issue is hurts constantly my PCP told me it's permanent and referred me to pain management.
Mine was sore for about 1 to 2 days after. But 3 weeks pp. BOOM my back went out and I could not bend over for the love of God for about 7 weeks. I still have back pain to this day, be it little aches and pains in my lower back, if I bend a certain way. Never ever have I been this way until I had an epidural 😑
Mine hurts from the middle down. If I lay on my back for to long it hurts is much more
@momof3cuties, yeah with my daughter I don't remember it still hurting 2 weeks later but now I'm like wtffff why is my back STILL HURTING 😭😭😭
With my first 2 i didn't have any problems. With my last it still hurts 2 years later
my son got hit.
And his back is sore to the touch..
Help?
I was just sitting on my bed with my legs over the edge and feet on the floor, I suddenly got this HORRIBLE back pain ALL over my back in sort of a wave feeling from the middle out. I've NEVER had back pain that extreme before and never covering my entire back. When I laid on my back it started to hurt the back of my neck. Why is this happening?
Also all morning I've had crampy feelings reaaaallllyyy bad in my lower tummy. When I woke up the tops of my thighs were so sore I couldn't even ...

Bloating 😩 Back Pain 😭 & Sore Boobs 😞 4 Weeks And 1 Day Is That Normal ? 🤔
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
@bluepenguin, yeah that's the tough decisions we're faced with but when your in so much pain and all you want is for it to be over with and your baby to be here it makes sense to cave into the pain medication but they don't warn you that it can have long lasting effects on you! Which is messed up
