@bethany_swaney I was able to deal without meds for the most part but since becoming pregnant it has gotten more severe to the point where I can't handle it. I will be ok soon. Thank you ❤

@lola-tx they have me on zoloft 50mg I think I just need to discuss it with my Dr.

I deal with my depression without pills. I actually refuse to take them, and ive been diagnosed with moderate depression and anxiety. Message me if you want any tips on how to deal with it without medicating. @dee_02dee @lola-tx

@dee_02dee, maybe they were too strong. I forget what I'm taking since I use the generic brand but it's only 10mg

@lola-tx I wasn't liking how I felt on them and my sex drive was deteriorating. I felt like a zombie, maybe my doctor can prescribe something better idk

@bethany_swaney same. Just empty sometimes. Bad thoughts get the best of me too when I am alone for a long time.

@lola-tx depression. It gets the best of me some days. I honestly haven't taken my meds in almost a week. I was so numb I hated that feeling. Now I am so emotional. I feel terrible.
