Ok Mama's... I was wondering how much my soon to be two month old should be eating (Formula)

my daughter is eating anywhere from 4oz to 6oz. She just turned 2 months.

My son is 3 1/2 mos old and is at 8oz of formula

My son eats 8oz every 4 hours

But it depends on how ur baby will tolerate it though momma.

If I were you I would honestly ask ur sons pediatrician if it's ok to up his oz of formula. U don't want to over feed him because it could hurt his little tummy. I would honestly keep him on the 6oz of formula until u speak to his pediatrician

Thank you and I should have worded it better lol he was drinking 4oz and wanted more so I gave him 6oz and wasn't sure if that was ok lol :)

Ten ounces of formula is to much it could harm ur baby so stick with six ounces only and doit every four hours.

That's what I am doing he was drinking 4oz but he started drinking 6oz yesterday. So I was just wondering if the 6 oz was ok. I called his doctor and ask and they said it was ok

@mommy_of_04 sorry, just seen this, she still eats every 2.5 to 3 hours. if I feed her more then that she spits up. so I don't mind feeding her that amount more frequently

Same here he eats ever 2 to 3 hours if I feed him 4oz but if he eats 6oz he will go as long as 3 to 4 or 5 hours. But I have been starting off with just 4oz first and if he is still hungry I make another 2oz because when I was just making the 6oz he was wasting it. So it's just easier to do 4oz first and if wants more than I do more.
