Fact: I had to go into my mom's photos bc I had zero pics of myself "before" on my phone bc i Intentionally wasn't in them often:( When I came across this "before" I had to click to see the date bc I thought maybe I was pregnant...nope! I'm so thankful my coach introduced me to accountability groups and getting healthy and I want to pay it forward!
Start your before and afters!
-start being in the photos again!
- gain confidence in your own skin!
- run and play w your kids without feeling exhausted!
There is so much to be gained! We always talk about loses but think about the gains of a healthy lifestyle:)

@jessyleigh, awe! Love it!! September is both mine and my son's bday month! Great job walking! We actually have a maternity workout program!
@art.rocks, Ik I can't wait I got so out of weight with my first I plan to get in shape after the second so I can feel good again! We are having a boy again lol. Should be here in September so hopefully by Christmas I can be back to normal weight. So far only gained 4 pounds. Been walking a lot to help not gain so much lol.
