Im scared that I dont make enough for the upkeep and expenses that come with owning a home....somebody please tell me im overthinking this....i want my daughter to have her own home but what if I cant do it?

Also, invest in a home warranty plan that covers your appliances!
We have one, or 2 dryer recently died. They couldn't fix it so we got handed a 700 buck gift card to get a new one.
We only pay 50 a month for it and 75 for the warranty fee when repairs are needed. No colossal bills!!
Just make sure you have a little bit of a safety net! We always keep a small safety net in case of emergency
Talk to an agent they will get you in touch with a lender so far our lender has been awesome they will let you know what you can and can't afford
You are but you got this! We just bought our first home a fixed upper at that yes it takes money but we just have been budgeting to make it work.

Yes they are amazing!! Shop around for one in your area. Stores like sears, lowes, and home depot tend to offer them.
