@kmarie1303, yes I got instructions from pin but I would never wash my stroller bc my stroller is my car seat but I assume some reg strollers u probably could pack n play is easy to wash

@txyogagirl yea I seen something like that to wash the entire stroller on Pinterest.

@txyogagirl yea I'm definetly going to give them a good wipe down with some baking soda & warm water.. i know the car seat & stroller combo inserts come out so that's nice!& the pack n play bassinet combo at least the pad is the swishy material &I'm sure the bassinet insert comes off.

@kmarie1303, yes I would that's awesome a cleaning company. Yea u may want to wash the inserts and cover to the playpen carset etc I was all my insert and padding like 2 times on everything bc those factories have all kinds of germs and chemicals plastics etc

@txyogagirl I actually own a cleaning company Lol so the house definetly will be pristine but I do get what ur saying to have it done if I am incapable of doing it at that point & time. .. I'm making progress & getting everything into place these last few days. & think I will unbox the bigger items to go out in tonights garbage & Just use the vacume right be4 hand.

@kmarie1303, my son was due sept 2 came on sept 7 and I had his room ready and complete everything washed by July 4 weekend. We were remodeling building ourself a new master suite near his room we tapped his room off with plastic but of course like everyone I had guest I untaped it end of aug we finished removed plastic I would sit for days in the rocking chair dreaming I had my house cleaned 2 days before form my house cleaner and I trust that she did the best job ever. I would personally clean ur home and remove all the dust now and I pack everything and then have someone professionally clean ur home the day before ur due date or remind them u could go any day and u will leave a key out should u go into labor early my lady is super flexible so this worked for us

Yeah if your husband must get everything out the boxes.... Just cover everything or check on the items every other day and clean them, wipe them Down

@txyogagirl yea have thought of the 2 dipar bags, &Will have a set placed in car for emergency cases & there if needed. Question in my case is more directing too being too anal right now about getting everything set up & put together without it getting germs & dust etc built up on it be4 baby arrives. I have 5 weeks left, & I know not garenteed 5 weeks. .. but I'm hesitant on unboxing all the big items that I see the baby spending alot of time in. Like the car seat/ stroller combo, swing, & bouncer bc I don't want it to accumulate dust or be exposed haha for the remainder of time I have left.

@mberjuste5 i know & i remind myself of that. Officially only 5 weeks tomorrow. & the room that they would stay in once set up is proned to dust only bc of the 3 Windows that surround the room. So the natural sunlight brings in more dust.

@kmarie1303, I only have one but plan for more and everybody keeps telling me things like this but the thing is I have a bag I keep packed with diapers we cloth wipes wetbag one outfit small lotion one small blanket all I ever have to grab is his squirt bottle to wet my wipes. I keep a shopping cart/highchair cover, folding potty, we and baby carrier in my car 24/7. His stroller is a carset. So no issues there. Also we bf so don't have to worry about bottle cups etc. What sucks is when I take my truck and forget it's all in my car 😬 it happens but I can still make do with just the bag. Have u considered 2 diaper bags.

I say go ahead... But I understand how you feel about dust etc... Is dust really an issue In Your house?? If so cover the items with plastic big bags or some type of cover. Plus you have e six weeks left and baby can come anytime now.... You not promised to make it to 40wks or over 40wks

@xomommahicksxo Lol it so funny how that commercial nails it on the head, as I see it with my sister's & how they all were with their 1st kid compared to how they were with my other nieces & nephews!!

@mberjuste5 🤣 that will prob be me bc even be4 baby was a thought my fiance called me "Crazy bag lady"cuz I always packed even for myself & still do.

Bear (my fiance) wants to take all the big boxes out with today's garbage.. so that would mean the car seat/stroller combo, the swing & bouncer. Lol

Germs too... With my first I was quickly to go to doctor and get meds for any cough etc... But now I just let the cold run its course and don't bother with meds unless really needed to like a really high fever

I use to pack extra clothes and body wash and lotions and etc everything as if we going to be out the house for a two days 😂

Yeah with my first I needed everything 😂..... I'm on my 5th, now when I leave the house I'm good with a few diapers and wipes and sippy cups and snacks and water bottle.... I dont even pack extra clothes like I use to
