My daughter wakes up with a stuffy nose every morning but it goes away after. Sometimes in the morning it gets a bit worse if I move her into another room. Why does this happen? 😣

@moonslugg  OMG you sound like us,,,well my cub and i are the same..we get stuffy noses at night...only EVERYNIGHT

tips that helped me:

.Rainmate humidifier/aromatherapy with eucalyptus oil in it

.change everyones, clothes to pajamas because all the pollen and dust from outside are on them...

. You can also shower with eucalyptus drops.

Dang.there was one more thing but i forgot for now....

Maybe try a humidifier in her room? I had to do that for my son and it helped

Try an air purifier it's probably all the pollen and heat you guys have been having lately I know we're my mom lives it was 96 on Saturday
