It's in the 50s here at the lake this morning, but I'm dying of hot flashes 😢 ac is on!

I wish it was in the 50s over here 😭 It's 80 degrees right now 😩 & It's just 8 am 🙄 I can't deal lol

@ashleea9898 make sure you stay hydrated. My last two pregnancies I was in North Carolina and south Carolina. It was unbelievably hot and humid.

Yeah I think it's about that time where I gotta start Just carrying a gallon of water around me wherever I go now lol & thank god & the heat over here is dry . Humidity makes everything worse
