Mommies who had to get stitched after birth .. How long did it really take to feel normal somewhat down there ? I feel like the worse part is my back is sore from the epidural but other than that I feel somewhat okay down there.
@craft.brooke.e, Yeah that first poop felt like I was giving birth again 😂
I was all healed by 4 weeks or so, your vagina will be brand new again. 😉
@nani720, lol idk I think I was just lucky lol my daughter was 6lbs 2oz or 4oz I get confused cuz they weighed her Twice. The important part is that you will heal. You will start to gradually feel even better than you feel now. Your body will let you know when you need to slow down. So if your feeling comfortable then you're probably fine.
It really depends on the degree you tore. I tore and had an episiotomy and it took 4 weeks for me to feel completely normal again
It was terrible Trying to poop the first 2 weeks. I was miserable and in tears.
Well damn girl you sound stronger than me and I consider myself one of the strong ones considering the way my birth went. But nice lol and I can pee and poop fine I just don't know how sensitive those stitches really are they're in my mind everytime I use the bathroom 😩 but yeah I think I ripped a little cause my sons head was measuring ahead so he had a big head I guess 😊😂 @thevloggymommy,
When I pushed her out Idifnt get any stitches and my area down there felt normal lol I mean there was light a slight very unnoticeable soreness that didn't even bother me at all just felt like if I had rough sex for a couple of days. My doctors said that they couldn't believe I just had a baby because when they checked after I gave birth they said everything still looked the same as before lol. I experienced the back soreness with the epi but it wasn't really bad. I didn't take any medications after labor and went home 24 hours after giving birth. But some women who have stitches tell me that it's hard to pee or poop. So I'm not sure 🤔
Awesome , thanks ladies !! I appreciate the responses 👌🏼 @bilodeaumelissa, @miss801, @lexonmars,
