@susanbolivarez sorry to say bh don't stop hun it's to prepare you for what's to come . They are practice contractions . But trust me contractions are way worse pain.

And I didn't get them at all with my first so it was a bit alarming.

@mami1234, no bleeding or excess discharge. They're just painful. I'm really hoping I don't have to deal with them the rest of my pregnancy. I work on my feet and it made my day quite awful lol.

Bh can be painful but no worries unless they are unbearable and your bleeding . I get painful bh

BH usually aren't painful, I'd go into L&D.
