Been basically living in the nursery today. Trying to cuddle with her the best way I could. She had two x-rays done today. One for her chest, and the other one was for her stomach. Both x-rays came back looking good. Her pneumonia in her lungs is almost cleared up (but they are still having her on the antibiotic treatment for the full week just in case). And nothing horrible was going on in her stomach, just had alot of air bubbles. So, she basically has to work the air out. So, it's a very good thing that she has been having normal bowel movements. All of her tests and vitals have been good looking also. Just got to take time, and get the air out of her stomach, and her oxygen and respiratory levels normal. And her be alright with her feedings also. Hopefully sometime next week, she will be picture perfect. This has been a difficult day, being by myself, and then walked into the nursery while Kimberly was getting her x-ray done.. I just broke down when all I could hear was her screaming, crying, and she just sounded so scared. And it's so hard, especially as a mother not being able to hold her close and help her feel better. But all I can do is just hold her hand, rub her little head, and give her a pacifier right now, and talk to her. Trying to help her through this the best way I can. I can't wait until this is over, and we can all move forward from this rough time.. 🙌🏩💝 #prayersforkimberly
