We did that too, we are waiting for our security deposit back but there were so many issues were afraid us living there just made them worse and they will charge us for things they have to upgrade. :/

@sierravictorias the house isn't to bad and it is big enough for all of us its just a bug problem and kitchen floor and laundry room floor needs replace land lord is sending someone to fix the floors and then a bug guy again he just sent one last week if he can't get the issue taken care of and we can't either then I am looking at having yo trash everything I own and starting over 😖

@lae1988 after a certain point in time you can break the lease because they are not maintaining the property. I would say it's your best bet getting free of it penalty free. My sister lives in a crappy apt with unbelievable rent but her landlord refuses to clean the mold issue behind the walls and fix the floors, she has lived there for like 9 years! Blows my mind how people won't take care if their rental and make them suitable to stay in.

Bug like ants?

@lilfree16 no like the ones no one wants I am sick to my stomach its unreal I am to the point I may just start over and move i wish I could just buy a house i was told by my neighbors after we moved in the people who lived here before were nasty so that explains it i just went out today and bought a ton of bug stuff and yes we have a major ant problem as well can't seem to get rid of the ants @sierravictorias I'm sure we will eventually just walk out

I like the ant killer raid makes. We get the little hills outside the house to keep them away. There are some alternatives. When I was in the navy they refused to fumigate because we were in another country and their sewer system wouldn't allow for the chemicals. :( man that sucked, I was so desperate I tried some natural chemicals and they worked okay overall. Hope you guys get it figured out.
