One of my husbands friends just tried to call me out for not feeding my baby meat, and cows milk. Umm excuse me, my baby is 8 months old ! breastmilk is the best thing for him. Cows milk is for baby cows! He gets everything he needs from my milk, and lost of extra good stuff from the plant based meals I make for him.

@eze.love, If you're ever struggling for meal ideas instagram is awesome, and YouTube what I eat in a day videos are nice. Sarah Lemkus has some good videos. I'm reading this book called "Life changing Foods" it's helping me figure out what works for my digestion, and what doesn't.

Yea, the only reason I post vegan stuff is to support other vegans, and give dinner ideas, like the ones I see. Not to try and push it on anyone else. If someone doesn't like it that don't look.

@mommy1991, yea, like it's my choice, and my child is well cared for. There are some people that eat totally unhealthy vegan diets, but that's not me.
And there's nothing wrong with people who choose to eat meat as part of their healthy lifestyle as well

I have no problem with moms doing whatever they want to do with their bodies and their children. And I don't think anyone should tell anyone else what to do with their lives. It becomes a problem when people start judging others on their choices. If you eat meat than that's what you want to do and if you don't there's bothing wrong with that either. I don't understand why people can't just mind their own business

Thanks, I feel so much better than I did before, and I'm careful to make sure we are all getting what we need. My body will tell me if I'm not.
I can't stand when people act like eating vegan is unhealthy irresponsible, but if my baby is eating properly it doesn't matter how he gets his nutrients.

I was vegan before baby and after I'm done breastfeeding I will be going back.
