What do you use on your babies when they get saw bums? I think she his starting to teethe, I can't feel any coming through though and her gums aren't white. We use sudocrem every time we do her nappy. Is there anything else you ladies use to help this? Picture because she is such a happy little girl ♥️♥️

old wives tale but raw egg white masin had a wee spoy on his balls and a really red raw bum took it away within a day like i put it on him after i changed um put him to his bes changed him in the morning n it had all dissapeared xxc
Vaseline i swear by i literally used so many on my daughter and Vaseline was the best x
Metanium ointment worked wonders for my daughter x

I'm not a big fan of Sudacrem, if you look on ingredients it contains a form of alcohol! A good one to use which I found amazing is diprobase cream. £5 from boots. Doesn't say it's for bottoms but my health visitor advised it and I've never looked back! X
So ladies finally got Phylicitys saw bum under control. The only thing that worked was conotrane and you could tell the difference each nappy change! Would definitely recommend. Since this we can see some little Peggy's in her gums 🙌🏼 they are her top teeth tho, anyone else had here babies top teeth first? Bottom gums and still pink and no sign of any teeth xx
