So last night I was having a lot of trouble sleeping so I said screw it and laid on my back but when I woke up both of my legs were numb for a few sec.. do u think the baby is ok and why did my legs go numb?

Legs went numb because laying on your back puts pressure on nerves and veins! After 18 weeks you shouldn't be laying on your back! The bigger you get the worse it will get and then you'll have trouble breathing and switching sides!! I can only lay on my back if I'm kinda angled or sitting up! Baby should be fine just count kicks and movement 💕

When you lay on your back it cuts of circulation to your legs which is why they say to sleep on your sides. Worse for you then for baby.
