My period is back with a vengeance. Im bleeding so heavily,have to change the tampon every hr. Is this normal??? Little one is 5mths n this is my 1st period since i gave birth.

@daisysmummy2016 the cramping is not really there,few twinges but its just the heavy blood flow its so much 😐. I had a bit of spotting yesterday but its just been red blood since this morning with a few twinges. Definitely my period but its scary how bloody it is.

Yes! My first period after my daughter was horrendous! The cramps felt close to labour 😂 I had to take co codomol for the pain haha 😂 they do calm down though x
