Yep.. It sure does... But im sure your way better off with out him if this is how he feels.... My bby daddy left when my son was a 2 weeks old... Went to a friends and "forgot" to come home... His words.... Ive talked to him a few times since then... But my son and i are a thousand times better off with him... Also my son will be 5 in july.... <3. ..

@princessniaa um... Judges dont normally care about "contracts"..... Or what the guy has to say... . at least where i live..... The judge told my baby daddy that i didnt make the baby by myself. And she didnt care how he was going to servive paying the child support. That that wasnt my problem. It was his... Best judge ever!!... Lol... But he hasnt had a job in. Awhile and owes me like 4g... Eh... he cant not work forever... ..

Hey pretty mama, I'm going through a lot similar situation, kinda. If you have proof of him saying all these things, KEEP THEM. The judge will be 100% on your side. Especially the state. @princessniaa,
