Hey momma's ☺️ how much does your almost 7 months old babies eat a day ? I feel like my baby doesn't get full from the 2nd foods* . And what are some soft snacks I can introduce to her ? She eats veggies and fruit purée and baby oatmeals so far . 🤗

Can moms eat ice and drink cold water while baby swims?
I donot know how some moms can eat ice or drink cold/ hot water while they know their baby swims in the water then will be cold or hot . 🤔😇😇
