I never understand why people feel the need to comment on what you're naming your child. Is your child? No, okay so keep your opinion to your self . When I was naming my son all I would hear is don't give him a "hood" or "black" name or that name is too "white" . I didn't know that because my child is African American I can't name him a certain name . I came up with Riley, Carter, Hunter , Blake , Amir and ended up with dallas and till this day I will name all my future boys those names . You like what you like and it's not for people to put their narrow ass opinions on "Why you naming your child that?" .

@ravens_mommy, lol yes girl. I know exactly what you mean. I had to move out cause my mom was killing me and not letting me be the mother and I was just over it . Every now and then she still find a way to say something though 😂.
@lilmelaninbarbie My mom is still on me about not feeding her "real" food. Parents seem to be set in how they done things are the right way and there's no other right way lol
@ravens_mommy, wow that's horrible . I'm glad you held your foot down . I think it's a mother thing. They forget it's your kid.My mom was always in my ear about certain names. I refused to let others influence me and have me going with a name I didn't like . I love her name 😊.
@mama_alia, I think her name is beautiful , I actually love it💖. Lol yea I don't think guys shouldn't be allowed to pick names . The names my boyfriend came up with for our next kids I hate. Im just so in love with the names I like
My boyfriend's mom hates my daughter's middle name (Lucille) and called her Lucifer for awhile when I was pregnant, and my mom hates my daughter's first name (Raven). She's my kid so I named her whatever I wanted.
Ugh my ex gave me so much shit on this because I couldn't give my daughter a "white " name since he's Mexican an I'm half white like wtf?? Ugh I named her ellianna anyway which he called an ugly old lady name that's so common

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
