So I've been told that I'm not feeding Ameenah enough solids 🙄 so what's everyone's bottle to solid ratio? And what's their feeding schedule?
Babies don't necessarily need to eat solid food until 12 months. Moms milk or formula is just fine. Baby food is more for exploring flavors and stuff

What's your un mean??
Just for fun and curiosity what's your username mean?!?
I still nurse her whenever she wants it (usually like 6 times a day). But her dr. said to increase the amount of solids. So we try to do that 2-3 times a day. Most days it's only 2 times a day but it's a process. Each time we do solids it's approximately 3 tablespoons of whatever fruit or veggie we're doing. Dr. said it's starting to shift to solids being main source of nutrition vs breast milk. But it will take some time (likely until she's 1). A big help in making sure she eats enough solids has been i don't nurse her before feeding solids. So she eats a lot more. Then we nurse after.
