Not baby or pregnancy related, but I need some advice. I've been talking to this guy for about a month now, and he's great. We haven't really put a label on anything or gotten serious, but I think we both are okay with taking it slow. But he talks about the future a lot and jax and I are always in it, would you take that seriously? I want to, and I want him to be the one that I end up with at this point. Part of me is kind of ready to jump in, but part of me also wants to hesitate bc I am so worried about dating with jax. I cant be the person that jumps from guy to guy, especially for my son's sake. So how do I know it's real?

If he intends on a future with you, the present status shouldn't be of significance. You need time to build a healthy relationship. Make sure your both on the same page about life goals and expectations.
That doesn't mean I think you should hold off on becoming exclusive or not having sexual contact. Let's face it, we all need companionship.
I think you've done an exceptional job at being a mama. The love for your son is evident hun. Good luck. 💓

@mcrowell0970, he has come over just to hang out with us, even when jax was asleep. He makes time even after working all day, granted it's not every day but he tries. He does little things for me and jax when he's around us. He will take him and walk around with him when he's fussy and things like that. We've gone over and hung out with him and his family several times and it was always fun. We're going on a little vacation with them next weekend and apparently we are included in the November vacation too. When I talk about things like "I can't wait to take jax to do this when he's older he says yeah we will take him and stuff like that. I guess I'm just waiting for the title to be placed on us, that we are truly together. I just want this to be completely serious, or I can't do it. I just don't know how to bring that all up, so I am waiting for him to 🤦🏼♀️

@brownsugarluv, thank you love! It would just make me feel better to know that he is mine and I am his, ya know? Not that it's not already the case but the thing is I don't know and who knows if he still talks to others, I mean I don't think he does but because we aren't official I wouldn't expect him not to. They are leaving today for Disney world and we're staying with him Friday when they get back, so I'm nervous but we'll see what happens. Probably nothing, lol.
