I just had my first baby a month ago and my doctor it's telling me to get birth control this is very foreign to me as I haven't taken birth control since I was 16 years old, he mention some birth control that goes inside my private part and it last 5 years so if I wanted to have another baby i would have to ask him to take it out oh and I don't get my period my main concern is before I had my son I never got pregnant that's when I was told I might not be able to have kids well anyways do any of you ladies familiar with this ?
Don't let your doctor pressure you into anything. If you aren't comfortable with something, don't do it. If you want to get on birth control, research your options and choose one that works best for you. The only two I've ever been on, were the patch and the pill. I didn't have any side effects with either of them.
Yea that's what I was told your one of the few that don't gain weight, I know I gained weight when I was on the pill and the shot!
@alejandra7 well it depends on the person because I didn't gain any weight with the patch or the depo or the pill . But I don't use birth control anymore because of other side effects
Yea see that's what I'm afraid of I don't want to gain weight, is there any birth control that doesn't make you gain weight?
I don't do well with birth control don't feel pressured to do anything I did and gained all my weight back and more
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
