Need friendly advice... I don't know what to do

I'm a FTM. And I'm frustrated but we all get frustrated. Right now it's about hubby. I love him I really do but I swear since Ales was born he isn't himself for some odd reason. I appreciate that he works and pays bills and all. But once in a while I would like him to take 30 minutes up to an hour of his time in the middle of the night to help me take care of her. I barely get 5 hours total of sleep while he gets more than 10 depending on what his shift is for work. I'm doing all I can to hang on. I'm doing all I can to manage. Nothing has changed for him except a baby. That's literally it. Have any of you figured out a way to kinda flip your hubby back to his old self? Because there are several nights that I'm crying my eyes out. He's even more demanding as if he controls every little thing that I do...I need advice. I honestly don't know what to do. I have talked to him and I have tried standing up for myself a bit more but all that got me is more arguments and him being more demanding.
