HOW MANY FANS DO YOU THINK IT'LL TAKE TO KEEP A ROOM COOL ? ME & MY KIDS ROOMS GET HOT DUE TO OUR ROOMS BEING UPSTAIRS & I CAN'T BUY 2 A/C YET.. ANY SUGGESTIONS? WE ALSO END UP WITH BLOODY NOSE IF ITS TO HOT & DRY.

@chanchan, I'm not sure where I live it's called oncor my provider. Who provides ur electricity? not who does your billing usually they r 2 different companies but could be the same if electricity is not deregulated in your area.
@cubanese have you used that kind? What do ya think about it?
@chanchan, if u own ur own home some states like mine Texas u can ask for you electricity provider to do an energy audit of ur home it's totally free it's a tax write off for them they do things like measure insulation in attic check for gaps near windows spray foam in small areas add new caulking weatherstripping I know that won't fix the issues tonight but it's worth looking into. Several of my neighbors have did it I found out about it after we installed new duct work in attic and had new batt insulation put in. Always find the good stuff when I don't need it lol hope u get a resolution
I know theres this thing where you blow the fan from on top of a bucket of cool water or something and the fan kinda turns into an A.C
But one to put at the bottom of your stairs help blow the cool air and maybe 2 in each room.
