@erikasmiles123 what part of FL I just moved here in February!

My boyfriend makes about $1100 and $1000 goes to bills for the entire month. We have $100 left over which isn't left over because we owe on some of are bills 😂 he has to bike 5 miles there and 5 miles back everyday due to are car getting stolen and never was able to get it back. And that's with him working 30 hours every week. He would work 40 but he does get called off if it rains. Not all people have the same issues but we are limited because we have no car. And almost impossible to save up for a car. @dreamygirl

To tell the truth i don't have any idea how much does it cost to live in US, but if i understand correctly $8.5 an hour makes $1300-1400 a month. Doesn't this enough for bills and life? And as far as i know, you don't have much public transport, that is very pity and limits people movement, especially if you don't have a car

I have no idea how much it cost to go to another country it cost $200 just to get to another state. My boyfriend only gets paid $8.50 an hour and that all goes to bills. My friend invited me to go with her or I would not be going. We are lucky my cousin lived in Florida and that is where we will be staying. @dreamygirl

@erikasmiles123, i know, and that is what surprise me :) i mean the everyone needs money to travel, but as far as i know it is not expensive in US. For example, in our country, minimum salary is $200, flight tickets start from $300, to the nearest country. And can you imagine people save money, and at least once in lifetime go somewhere, at least to the neighbour country. And we heard here that in US income of the people is much more high that their needs. Maybe that is unreal rumors. People from my country win green card, move to Us, and in short period of time get well paid jobs. That is why, it is surprise for me that local citizens get less or not enough

I mean I guess if someone had alot of money to travel it would be a usual thing. But I do not lol. But we could drive but it would take day's which isn't for me as I don't have a car or I would take a fun road trip there. So a plane it is and it will only take 2 hours to get there. The only time I would need to get a passport or anything would be if I am going out of the country @dreamygirl

Sorry i am not from US and very surprised with this post. I thought in US travel within US is very usual thing. And why to travel by plane is so unusual? I am from poor country, i would say, at least not developed at all, but beside that we usually travel once a year, and not just travel, but spend so much time to get visas, that is the most terrible part of traveling
