Im freaking out yall! My pap came back abnormal cells! First time ever!!! He's sending it off for HPV testing! But I had those vaccines!😢😢 I'm literally so nervous !
Any body else have this come back negative and had good outcome ??

When I was 17 mine came back positive for HPV. I went back after having my daughter at 19 and I tested Negative and I had the vaccines at 15yrs old.I had my son last yr and I was fine My next pap will be Dec 2018 to be retested

Nahhh, you went and that's the most important part! When I found out all that about mine, I was so happy I decided to go, because many don't and that's how it ends up bad.

It really wasn't that bad! Just annoying going all the time, but that's the worst case probably. And it very well could be, most times they actually go away on their own, that's why they will monitor before they remove it. Just don't stress, cause I know I did and it made it so much worse!

@shananaginsx girl gosh that sounds horrid lol but I'm glad I went most women skip years you know. I'm hoping it's not pos and possibly just a mild Infection of some sort
Mine came back abnormal, they had me come back and get a colposcopy done, which takes biopsys of the cells. And repeat those every so often until I had a leep to remove the cells. Also that's not always the case! Many have abnormal and have nothing wrong. Also, most of the population will end up with hpv at some point, it just doesn't effect everyone. Try not to be nervous, be glad you're getting it checked. ☺️ if anything, you'll end up having what I had done, and it's not that terrible. And I managed to carry a child no problem with part of my cervix removed.
@charong I work for pediatric office and I've seen most parents actually don't get the vaccine. But you know that's your option anyway. The Dr said ASCUS was present and maybe an Infection but I'm scared
Wow even after the Vac? We're concerned about giving that vaccine to our daughter. Hope it's all ok
