In my experience braxton hicks don't hurt...in the beginning its the way you just described it. Then it gets intense and intense the further along you are in pregnancy

Maybe the bby is curled up . It happens to me all the time when I lay flat

I can't move with mines and it takes my breath away a little

@cooperciera7, Lay on your left side & drink water , if it doesn't go away or they get stronger go to the ER but deff call your doc
