I'm kinda freaking out! Okay so I'm 8 weeks pregnant with twins ( I'm a first time mom) I have been experiencing cramps I don't know if that is normal or not.. and I can't keep any food in my system. Any tips?

Totally normal i had severe morning sickness my whole first trimester. & the cramps might be your body making room for two babies

I'm carrying fraternal twins this time around. I was so miserable with morning sickness for like 2/3 weeks that even water didn't taste good. I don't remember any cramps, but since this is your first I would assume some is normal since everything is stretching for the first time.

Yes morning sickness is no fun!! But totally normal, just like she said mints and I chew mint gum and suck on peppermints and that has been helping.

As for the cramps - cramping can be normal but in your case your expecting twins so I would think there would be a little more cramping then usual remember your womb is growing twice the size so that's where that cramping is coming from!! I always think through my cramps like this hurts but your growing :-)

Congratulations 🎉 I have always wanted twins keep us all updated!! Everyone here is so supportive!

If your ultrasound went well with them I wouldn't be too worried on the pain. And morning sickness is really common.

For food try popsicles or fudge pops. Try chewing cinnamon gum or lemons or mints. As far as cramping, can't help much but I have had cramping type pains this pregnancy. It might be normal I would think it could just be your body adjusting to the new babies.
