Ok guys so bear with me here. This is going to sound totally insane. So I've always had this weird feeling about my daughter's room. Not anything bad. Just like where I would be a little hesitant going in there at night. Her mobile would go off by itself sometimes. Nothing beyond that, though. So today I walked into her room to open up her window and one small area by her crib is wet. Soaked. But in splotches. There are no pipes that we are aware of under there, my husband and I haven't been in her room since yesterday around 8, and we weren't wet when we were in there. Now, here's the kicker...
Tragically, a few years back, a mother drowned her 8 year old little girl in their bathtub in our apartment complex.
I'm hoping there are just pipes under there, but just seems way too coincidental to me. If she is around, I'm more than happy for her to spend time and/or play in Olivia's room because I've never felt threatened or scared. I just hope she's at peace. Crazy, amiright?
Disclaimer: If you don't believe in ghosts or spirits, totally fine. I do, though. No mean comments please.
@missliss, when I have my 1st son my apartment was haunted a man killed him self in the basement cause his gf cheated on him and she went back to tell him she was pregnant and found him dead so before my son was even born there was baby foot prints on the window in the hallway and my sons soaps were lined around my bathroom sink and no one was home but me and his toys and shit would go off mind you HE WASNT BORN YET! So creepy you would even see a man walk up and down the hall way long story short shortly after my son was born we moved because in my sons monitor you could see his blankets moving and shirts moving like someone was rubbing his back!!! Scary shit man I don't mess around with that lol 😂
@missliss I don't blame you, gotta keep the bad stuff away the best we can.
@rebeccca3009, that is terrifying. I'm so glad you're ok. Thank you for sharing! You can never be too safe or prepared. I like to keep my guard up and have as much info as I can get. Scary, scary stuff
@harleigh1223, when my husband worked the night shift I always left lights on and the television going. Our electric bill was high but I don't care. I always had a really weird feeling so there was no way I was going to turn the lights off
@missliss lmaooo, same, I'd get paranoid and have to stop. I don't like being home alone at night cause I have to keep the lights on and doors locked 😂
@missliss, one night I got up and went into the kitchen to get my midnight snack and I turned around because I knew something was behind me and when I saw her she had red eyes and was turning into a black silhouette and I knew it was demonic because I've ran into demonic spirits before that were that way.
@harleigh1223, girl me too. I used to watch this show about haunted houses. Not anymore. Used to scare the bajeebus out of me. The closest I get to watching stuff like that now is Ghost Whisperer 😂
@harleigh1223, oh my word that's scary! I would have been out of there too. On the bright side, at least he listened to you! I've heard stories of spirits that were super stubborn and would not leave
@rebeccca3009, I'm glad it's gone! Do you mind me asking what it did to make you think it was demonic? Just for future reference. If I'm gonna cohabitate with this little girl it would be good to know the signs so I can get a priest in here if need be
@missliss, I loved the second rental we had it was a good home but when I saw the demonic one I went to my church the next day had my priest come to my house bless it and I bought two more crucifixes. I knew we had a lot of spirits and I had no problem with it but when I see something bad it's gotta go and it did.
@missliss @c54steele I know, and nope she moved last year 😥 got another creepy one. My mom's ex died like 2 months ago, we weren't close at all cause he was horrible to me. So the day after my mom told me he passed, I was at work washing dishes and we have one of those motion detection paper towel dispensers and it started dispensing papers for like 2 minutes straight and nobody was near it. I ignored it and it stopped then started again, I got annoyed and yelled "stop" to it and it stopped. A few seconds later I had finished the dishes and saw a man's figure in the industrial fridge's reflection about his height walking alway. I was freaked out and clocked out to go home so fast, lol.
@rebeccca3009 same here mama. I've seen ghosts but when I do see them I tell them I'm not ready and they usually go away. My mom's house had a little girl as well, and a man that lived down in the root cellar. My dad came to me almost immediately after he died. And my brother's house has something in it but I have yet to see what it is. I hope you're out of the second house! I can deal with spirits but NOT demonic ones
@harleigh1223, ugh how scary! Does your mom still live there?
@mathews132, oh NO. No way. I'd be out of there and not going back
Girl I'd get some holy water and put in in all four corners of that room lol. I know the feeling i see spirits and it's a family trait that is passed down and the last two houses my husband and I rented out together before we bought our house I would see them all the time. The first house we rented had an older man always standing in the kitchen at night and then the second house we rented had a little girl that I believe was demonic. I think my oldest daughter now sees spirits because she's always scared to be by herself down stairs and would say she saw someone.
@mathews132, omg 😱😱😱😱😱Im getting like super scared right now 😣😣😣
I'd be outttt, lol, I'm skeptical about things like that but when I used to live with my mom, my sister and I shared a room and one night she decided to sleep in my mom's room, I had headphones on and my music was on loud and I heard a woman and little girl calling my name from the air vent leading to the basement and our room was always cold. Then after I moved my sister refused to sleep in the room cause she felt like someone else was there when she slept.
Yes. I swear but I was okay with that. It was my grandma. She died in the house. I just would walk by and say good morning. My nana and pa pa that i was crazy until I showed them. @c54steele they say when a baby is laughing in there crib and playing alone that they are playing with angels in heaven. I like to believe that
I'm just glad my husband is working days instead of nights lol
Yep. Got to go @c54steele even worse with prego brain when you put shit in the wrong place and thing it's a spirit and you really did just put your keys in the fridge or the milk in the cabinet
@beebaby im right their with you. Nice ghost or not im out
@beebaby, yea we are trying to find somewhere else to live lol. The whole complex gives me a really weird vibe.
I've read articles about what happened and the consensus was that she was a really sweet little girl, so at least I know she's peaceful. But I still can't deal, I get really scared.
That's so crazy! I would have freaked out. My dad passed away six years back, and he and I were super close, but even if I saw him I would have ran away as fast as I could, lol. I've always been super scared of spirits, even the good ones.
I 100% believe in a spirits. Not sure what is going on at that house but I would be out.
My great grandma used to rock in her rocking chair in the day room every morning while reading the paper. When she passed away I would bring in the paper and set it in her chair. One day I walked by the day room to go to the garage and the chair was rocking. Freaked me out
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
