@sims.krista, next time use the yellow topper to top the second hole and when u use the pump you don't have to put it on max. Do what feels comfortable for you and more milk will come out. If the suction is too strong and it hurts less milk will come out.

@thevloggymommy no I only had one tube attatched & the other open & yah I had it turned up all the way lol

@sims.krista, also the little knob allows you to adjust the strength of the suction

@sims.krista, did you try to plug one of the holes? It won't be strong if it's pulling from both sides without both pumps being attached(unless you are double pumping)
