I Have A Question!

If your child's child's father didn't sign their birth certificate but they are on child support do they have full rights? If I were to take him off would he have any rights at all?

Yeah you got lucky lol my daughters dad stays literally 1 street over from us and she hasn't seen him or anything. He doesn't ever call her. If he does it will be like a 5 minute call and then he will go months without calling again. It's so sad seeing my baby hurt.

Almost 7 years later and I wish I never did it. Then I wouldn't have to deal with him at all.

In order for the father to be on support, paternity has to be established whether by dna test or by admission of aigning the certificate. With that being said, as long as paternity has been established he has rights to that child. He would have to sign his rights over or lose his rights by court order
