I went and got checked today to see if my water broke but it currently wasn't, soon as he went to check he seen that I was actually losing my mucus plug that's what all of that watery smelly stuff was, well he ended up swabbing me around in my membranes (scraping) my membranes and my cervix was still closed at the time.. but it started getting very irritated and ever since my doctor appointment at (3:15pm) I am still losing bits and pieces of my mucus plug (picture in comments) and I've had consistent lower back pain that comes and goes and is very very painful and randomly my stomach will get tight. Is it possible to have contractions in my back? (Back labor) instead of in my belly??? When I was pregnant with my daughter (my first pregnancy) I was 38w 4d and I lost my mucous plug and went to my OB got my membranes scraped then 10:45pm I went into labor and contractions were in my stomach not my back. This is my second pregnancy and I have no idea about back labor what should I do mamas??
