Pump after he's done eating or take. Hot shower your ducts are clogged and by messaging them or pumping it works the block out and you'll feel much better

@stephi31, well I wanna avoid pumping if possible because I don't want to produce more milk than I already have. At least that's what I read could happen, it happened with my daughter

It can happen if you do it more than you need to and breast milk is great to have on hand for many other things also like if they have baby acne or diaper rash it'll take it away but you need to feel comfortable to enjoy breast feeding and it's an option otherwise like I said go take a hot shower and express the extra out you'll never make too much milk for him if you pump sensibility cause while your pumping your messaging the lump and once it goes down you stop. You'll feel much more comfortable and relaxed during the normal feedings and it won't hurt as bad

Express it out. Thats what I do. Its a big relief. A pump doesn't suck as hard as a baby does so you wont make too much milk. Your body knows how much to make for your baby. And don't let him fall asleep while eating. Rub his foot his head and mess with him to keep him up so he can empty your boobs or they'll get clogged and trust me you dont want that

Good! After a hot shower you'll probably get more! Save it in the freezer! Get storage bags

Buy some storage bags for breastfeeding and freeze it! Last longer in the freezer than the fridge

@andrewsmommy, yeah I always freeze it. Since he's strictly BF I won't use it until I introduce bottles which won't be for another 2/3 months
