Don't ever think you're stuck hun. I made that mistake and went into a major depression. Quietly, effectively plan your exit. Worst thing I remember was watching my mom suffer emotionally for staying with my dad when he was so disrespectful. It affects me til this day and had a worst effect on my brother. Staying for the kids is worse on the kids than leaving in my opinion. If the respect is not there there's nothing left to fight for.

I did that with my ex husband. I was in a terrible terrible marriage and I tried to make it work for our daughter until I couldn't risk my life and my daughters life so I left. Stay strong for you and you're babies.
