Drink some ice cold water or eat something then lay down. Both worked for my son especially when I would eat haha

They sometimes don't move very much and then they do can you still feel your baby moving

Don't sweat it. Sometimes they are just in a different position so either you can't feel it as much as you did prior or thru are just chillin. I don't think your into the having to count movements per hour yet so don't worry. Especially if the doc said all is well. My first would go radio silent for days sometimes but then back to moving again the next few days. I know how stressful it is tho. Just remember your doc won't lie to you.

He may just be asleep. So wake him up with something cold to drink and you'll feel him. I was always worried about mine too but he was just lazy lol he would sleep all day then be up kicking when I'm ready to lay down at night lol

My daughter moves late at night to early morning during the day I don't feel her but my husband will wake up early and he will tell me wow she was moving like crazy
