Is there anything I can do about my breakout due to the Depo shot? Or am I just screwed because of the hormones? My normal skin routine isn't working.

Yup 😪 eating clean and getting extra vitamins could help, but hormones are a bitch.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
