Been on and off bleeding ( just brown discharge ) for 2 weeks now but this morning i woke up with bright red blood
Sounds stupid can it be my first period?
I had my boy 4 weeks ago. I have got cramps

Im cramping slightly not nothing what im not used too but hopefullt its over and dine with soon for us both xxx

I'd say it is still post birth bleeding, but yes it could be!
