I've recently found out that I'm 1 month and a week pregnant I have a two year old son already and I'm not too sure if I wanna continue this pregnancy 😔what should I do
Wow... ok. Drinking and smoking a lot doesn't guarantee anything (as mentioned above) except greater chances of lung cancer and cirrhosis of the liver for you. And maybe a smaller baby. There are soooo many people who want to adopt. Please give someone the chance to have a baby that can't have one. Abortion really plays on the mind and it's something you can't take back or change. I have a friend who had 3 and regrets all 3 and still cries about it 30 years later. Find you a sweet couple who wants a baby. They'll help you along the way and you'll have done a sweet miracle for them. That's my advice. Plus this gives you more time to think it over. That baby is a part of you and wouldn't it be great if someone could take care of that lil bundle of sweetness that can't have their own? 😘
@veewillingham I had a friend who tried to starve, drink, and smoke her way out of two pregnancies lol. Didn't work either time. Luckily her daughter is healthy (though she does have a bit of a wheeze, and I think the things she did during pregnancy are the cause) and the one she finally decided to keep seems to be doing well also. If the body doesn't reject the baby and miscarry, then the chances of getting rid of that baby without a medical procedure are pretty slim, honestly. I'm not for or against abortion in any way (not my body, not my decision), however if abortion is the route you go I do think it needs to be done safely and responsibly by a doctor.
That's something you need to really think about yourself. Discuss your options with your doctor and if you choose not to keep it you can either abort OR give it up for adoption to a family who can't have there own kids.
Well I'm not trying to b mean damn. And I get told to grow up ha I've already grown up enough
Grow up @ilovemyking18, thanks for explaining to her @scurlock.mommy,
^ okay, don't do that. If you really don't want to continue the pregnancy, talk to a doctor and get an actual procedure set up. Smoking and drinking will not guarantee a miscarriage, but the longer you do it the more likely that baby is to have birth defects or other issues. You're more likely to give birth to a baby with low birth weight, nicotine addiction, or FAS than you are to kill it by binge drinking or excessive smoking.
As far as what you should do..well, what do you feel like you should do? Nobody but you can make that decision. Choose what is best for you, your family, and your specific situatuon and don't let anyone try and sway you one way or the other.
Horrible advice 🤦♂️ @ilovemyking18, do what's best for you !
