You can do it! It's totally worth it. If I ever have more babies there will be no epidurals ever again. :)

I had an epidural with my first two and with my third I had no epidural and seriously it made a huge difference. I experienced more pain in the deliveries with epidurals overall because I couldn't feel myself pushing so I didn't push effectively. I pushed 4 hours with my 1st and 2 hours with my second and only 5 min with my first. I had tears and stitches with my first two I had the epidurals with and no tears with my third who I birthed naturally. The main pain was crowning but it literally only lasted a couple minutes and then he was in my arms and the pain was gone once I saw him 😍

@marliemacieowensmomma, yep! And it was okay because my contractions were really painful but I wasn't able to get up or move around and could feel when I was pushing (which is the point) but I would like to try not having it done next time, I would love to have a home water birth if I ever get the chance. I knew in my heart I wanted all natural birth leave baby intact and ebf but I let people get in my head and walk all over me. Which next time I will not at all.

I did 2,3,4,5,6,7,and 8. I'd like to try dad catching baby if I ever have another baby

@marliemacieowensmomma, yeah I was for some reason afraid of having a big fight but for my next he will be intact and left be 💕

I see. My son isn't circumcised, for those exact reasons. My SO is circumcised and he loves being circumcised so it was a big fight to leave our son intact.

@marliemacieowensmomma, yes my son is circumcised and I originally didn't want it done at all, but his father did because he feels it's cleaner and he has it done, so he decided to have our son circumcised. But now I feel heavy guilt for not putting my foot down and saying no, me personally it's my sons body not mine he was perfect when he came out and didn't need it done at all. I feel he needed to be the one to decide

Do you have a circumcised child and decided not to circumcise following children? Just curious as to the reasoning

Intermittent fetal monitoring if you didnt have that before maybe? You can also opt for you or dad to catch the baby if all is going ok! 😊 they should respect your request for 1 hour of skin to skin immediately after birth before getting weights and measures (if baby is stable of course)

Can you tell me more about #6 and #8? I want to do something different this time around.
