I need some advice, has anyone have to give their car back to the bank.. looks like Im going to have to be a SAHM come December and dk if my husband can afford 550 in care notes and 450 insurance on top of everything else

That doesn't matter. It would just be signed off to them or paid in full and they would send the title to the new owner

You can sell it back to a dealer. They can give you some money back depending on how much you owe. I did that with my mazda last year except I bought another car a week later. I went to carmax.
they may still, sometimes they do a harship settlement where u guys come to some sort or arrangement on what u can afford... They will sometimes work with u cuz they rather get something then taking a complete loss

Yes, it's called a voluntary repo, it will still go on your credit for a repossion and u will still owe whatever is left on the car
