I did until I threw in the towel and started my daughter on formula around a month old. SO much easier! Plus I had problems anyway to wear I wasn't producing as much milk.

I don't think I ever had that problem. We're both light sleepers, so when I got up, he was up too. 😂 we alternated between breast feeding and formula with our first, too. So there were plenty of nights he'd get up to feed the baby while I got to stay in.
Maybe you can occasionally try pumping extra and let your husband take a turn night time feeding now and then? Mine loved the bonding time when he got to feed the baby.

@_amandahiatt, I pump cuz he has trouble latching which I'm trying to work on he will latch with shield now but does like to stay latched so I'm hoping we can get that and it will be easier to just put him on my boob instead of having to sit and pump

I envy him when he's still sleeping, but on the rare occasion I make him get up I lay in bed envying the time he gets to spend snuggling the baby because I love her sleepy nighttime snuggles... I just can't win 😂

@rhealize, I just pump so that's what he gets at night is bottles so even if he does feed him I still have to be up pumping to keep my supply up. Or is it ok to skip one pump session?

I don't think one night will hurt your supply, but you might wake up super full in the morning and that's very uncomfortable in a different way. 😂 Do you use a manual or electric pump?

@rhealize, electric pump

Maybe you could set a timer and doze off while it pumps 😮
