Does this look like an allergic reaction??? It's like tiny little pimples all over her face and top of her head. I thought maybe it was the detergent I'm using?

Yep, looks like baby acne! It'll usually resolve on its own.

It can look pretty rough! We just washed baby's face with water every day--it took about a month to clear up.
