My cold is at it's worst or at least I'm hoping it's at it's worst. I don't think my head has ever had so much snot in it at one time. Like I literally feel like my head is completely full of nothing but mucus.

@avie it started in my throat but now it's all in my nose. No coughing or anything. I'm not one to take medicine unless absolutely necessary. I finally broke and started taking Tylenol Cold and flu last night

Try the neddi pot 2xs a day. .. Will clear u out for sure!!it's gross but it works marvelous

@2-mommies, maybe try gargling salt water? Yea it's usually uses for throat but It might help loosen the mucus in your nose. Also a netty pot is a natural way to get rid of mucus too.

@shann I'm blowing my nose constantly, that's why nothing has made it to my throat. Nothing to spit lol
