Everyone I know says it does. That was literally the only advise my dr had when I went passed my due date too...& I looked at her like I wanted to strangle her because that's the LAST thing I wanted 😂😂
Not always. I tried and tried when I was pregnant with my son. Didn't work at all and we would try all day. Dr had told me if you have sex regularly through the last trimester it won't help.
Just based off of things I have read not from personal experience. The sperm is what helps induce labor. And most importantly, everything you do to help induce labor will only work if the process has already begun.
